Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • High Volume Periods: During high volume periods, the processing time may extend to 3-4 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to select countries. The same policies apply as with domestic shipping, with the additional provisions outlined below:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Jacksnaps is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Damages: Jacksnaps is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We offer shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that this might affect the delivery time.
