Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

  • Time Frame: All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the receipt of your merchandise. However, if you reside in the European Union, you have 14 days to return your items, starting from the day you receive your goods, with no need for a justification.

  • Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear and tear. It must also be in the original packaging, with all the tags intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase, which can be a bank statement or email confirmation in case the receipt is lost.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us either through email at returns@jacksnaps.comor call us at 1-800-508-9016 to notify us of the return.
  2. Securely pack the items in the original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of the proof of purchase with the return.
  4. Upon confirmation, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and report any damages, defects, or incorrect items within 7 days, so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly. Contact us immediately at returns@jacksnaps.com or call us at 1-800-508-9016.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The best way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, following the process outlined above. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since you received notification of refund approval, please contact us at returns@jacksnaps.com.

Shipping Costs

  • For returns, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. However, in cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping.
